I know what it's like to feel stuck, frustrated, and unsure where to start.
For years, I struggled with my weight and energy levels. Like many women in midlife, I found that the same strategies that worked when I was younger simply weren't delivering the same results anymore. I knew I needed a sustainable approach- one that would improve my health, build strength, and fit into real life.

I didn't even recognize myself in the mirror. I was 265 pounds, pre-diabetic and needed to do something now. I took it step by step, change by change, until I reached my goal. This is what inspired me to become a certified health coach with an additional certification in peri/menopause.

Today, I help women like you build strength, lose body fat, and improve their health without extreme diets or endless hours of cardio. My coaching focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes, making changes one by one, so you can reach your wellness goals!
